Who runs BrightonGo

BrightonGo is operated by SCC Nexus Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 17458303, registered office 49 Station Road, Polegate, East Sussex, BN26 6EA.

Using the information

We gather events, places to stay, travel times and local listings from public sources, such as venues' and organisers' own websites, National Rail and Brighton & Hove Buses. We check what we can and leave out what we cannot, but details change, sometimes at short notice. Before you travel, book or pay for anything, confirm the details with the organiser, venue or transport provider.

Live train and bus times come directly from those operators and may be delayed or unavailable. For important journeys, check the operator's own website.

Listings

A listing on BrightonGo is not an endorsement or a recommendation. Listing is free, and nobody can pay to appear higher up. We may edit, update or remove listings to keep the guide accurate and useful.

Other websites

BrightonGo links to many other websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them.

Intellectual property

BrightonGo is owned by SCC Nexus Limited. PostcodeGo™, LewesGo™ and BrightonGo™ are brands of SCC Nexus Limited. The BrightonGo name and logo, the design and code of this website, the text we write, and the way our listings, maps and calendar are selected and arranged are the intellectual property of SCC Nexus Limited, and all rights in them are reserved. You may not copy, scrape, republish or reuse them, or use them to build another website or service, without our written permission. Short quotations with a link back to the page are welcome.

Some of what you see belongs to others and is used under their licences, which we credit where it appears: map and place data from OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, Open Database Licence), the Food Standards Agency and NaPTAN (Open Government Licence), and photographs from Wikimedia Commons under the licence shown with each one. Event names, logos and pictures belong to their organisers. If you think we have used something of yours without permission, email hello@brightonlive.uk and we will look at it straight away.

Our responsibility

We provide BrightonGo free of charge and cannot promise it will always be available, complete or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information on the site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always on this page. The law of England and Wales applies to these terms.
